Swiss Chard Stromboli

Ingredients
  • 10 ounces Italian seasoned ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems discarded, leaves chopped
  • 1 Pillsbury Artisan Whole Grain Pizza Crust
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzerella cheese
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preaheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Brown ground turkey in skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Heat olive oil in deep skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chard. Saute until chard softens, 5-10 minutes.
  4. Roll out pizza crust to thickness of about ¼ inch. Spread pizza sauce over crust, stopping 1-1½ inches from edges. Top with browned turkey, chard, and cheeses. Roll jelly roll style. Seal edges. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
