I’m not sure why this box was such a challenge. I had some beautiful arugula, but was not so successful at turning it into a pasta dish. (I’m going to keep on working on that one, though!) I used some of the celery for a Weight Watchers Cashew Chicken dish that I love! There is nothing I change about this recipe. We will eat the rest raw, along with some of the carrots, the apples, and the blueberries.
