Box Wrap Up

New Orleans Style ChickenAnother box is history. The most fun part of this box was cooking at Caballo Lake State Park! We made several side dishes at camp from the foods in our box. I did not show what I made with carrots, because this recipe from Taste of Home is so good that I couldn’t think of anything to change. (Though, I do add a little Cajun seasoning.) The lettuce, once again, was made into salads.
